The hotel has a particularly good location, just a short walk to restaurants, train stations, the Higashi-Shinjuku subway station, and night life. the staff was great to deal with. I greatly enjoyed the property overall.

The room was brand-new, amazingly comfortable and with 2 beds. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator were a big plus. The hotel had a particularly good location near Zenryu-ji Temple. The property was in a fairly quiet area, not far from restaurants and subway and the Higashi-Shinjuku subway station and a nice area with restaurants.
